Salary Range : 130150K DOE plus benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads and coordinates operation of the Project Management department.
  
• Technical expert of CTIA/PTCRB/GCF/carrier specific certification programs.
  
• Ensures compliance to standards maintain & expand our accreditation scope in alignment with the company s strategy e.g. 5G RSE cyber security etc.
  
• Manage processes & tools used for Project Management (TOM database Salesforce).
  
• Prioritize projects to maximize gross margin and customer satisfaction.
  
• Manage the kickoff call process with assigned customers.
  
• Support sales in customer calls as needed e.g. questions regarding samples/ certification processes
  
• Assist sales team and customer in building accurate scope of work; reviews and approves quotations.
  
• Maintain list of accredited & approved partner labs for subcontracting work.
  
• Resource planning & supervision of the personnel in his/her area.
  
• Provides internal training for crossfunctional teams.
  
• Ensures compliance to ISO 17025.
  
• Budget planning and approval for the Project Management department.
  
• Understand scope of competitor labs Vs. client s services.
  
• Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned.
