istant Finance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with 25 years PQE to join a growing renewable energy company based in Dublin. Our client has gained great investment to help with their ambitious growth plans.

This is a great opportunity for someone who trained in one of the big 4 / top 10 accounting practices and gained 25 years of industry experience. This is a commercial role where you will engage with all people across the business preparing budgets/forecasting as well as overseeing the Financial Accounts work.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring ongoing expenditures within quarterly and strategic budgets and monitoring budgets to ensure they fall within the remit of strategic approvals.
  
• Endtoend preparation and review of monthly accounts (including P&L Balance Sheet and cashflows)
  
• Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation
  
• Providing monthly variance analysis and commentary to the Finance Director
  

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA or CPA qualified with 25 years PQE
  
• Experience with Renewable Energy / Utilities / Construction / Real Estate / Agriculture is advantageous
  
• Strong commercial finance/ fp&a experience in a fastpaced commercial business.
  
• Strong technical accounting skills
