Key Responsibilities:

• Triage GP referrals and coordinate weekly clinics.
  
• Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  
• Monitor patient health issues including obesity diabetes epilepsy and asthma.
  
• Conduct regular health reviews and ECGs.
  
• Run vaccination clinics for patients and staff.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  
• Develop audits and implement action plans.
  
• Contribute to the induction of new team members.
