Quality Control

The Position

As a Quality Checker your primary responsibility will be to review and ensure the accuracy consistency and compliance of legal contracts contributing to the overall quality of our legal documentation. Along with this youll also be responsible for the below mentioned tasks:

Reviewing legal contracts for accuracy completeness and adherence to legal standards and Novo Nordisk guidelines.

Conducting thorough proofreading to identify and rectify grammatical typographical and formatting errors.

Collaborating with legal and business teams to address any discrepancies and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Verifying the consistency of language terms and references throughout all contract documentation;

Tracking and documenting changes ensuring version control and maintaining accurate records of contract revisions;

Participating in the development and maintenance of standardized contract templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Master or bachelors in English preference to Law degree.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in quality check of content.
• Understanding of contractual review revise contracts highlight errors editing and proof reading.
• Exposure of working in a global company.
• Exposure to contract management tool would be preferred.
• High quality accountability business mindset ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentations skills with a global mindset.
