Senior site engineer- Interior

• Check the work quality & Progress the work as per schedule.
  
• Coordinate design Dept. & working labor & client.
  
• Read the map and compare the dimensions to the actual dimensions of workplace.(interior civil & MEP drawings)
  
• Arranging materials and personnel for the job.
  
• Coordinate with subcontractor & preparing weekly bills & report.
  
• Liaising with professionals including architects structural mep contractors and vendors.
  
• Assisting with renovation or restoring buildings to extent their lifespan of the drawing.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Interior Engineering Architecture or related field.
  
• Minimum 810 years of experience in interior construction fitout or refurbishment projects.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong understanding of building codes permits and compliance.
