Job Description

Admin Clark to handle the following duties:
  • Payroll
  • Switchboard
  • Filing


Requirements

LIST OF DUTIES


  • Enters and updates employee info

  • Calculates pay deducts taxes.

  • Handles benefits and deductions.

  • Ensures compliance with SARS and Solves payroll issues.

  • Maintains accurate records.

  • Record and file leave requests.

  • Communicates with employees.

  • Perform routine clerical duties such as photocopying scanning filing documents and managing records maintain and organise paper and electronic files.

  • Respond to emails letters and other forms of communication with regard to the admin email.

  • Downloading invoices and statements from emails and saving it in the correct folder in cloud drive.

  • Answering and transferring calls from the switch board.

  • Direct leads / queries to the correct department.

  • Assist other departments or team members with administrative tasks when necessary.

  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Maintain confidentiality of personnel files financial records and other confidential documents.
