Job Description

Position Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing business processes systems and strategies to improve overall efficiency and profitability. This role involves collaborating with various departments gathering and analyzing data and providing actionable insights to support decisionmaking. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis within the manufacturing industry and a strong ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain business process models and workflows identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Analyze data from various sources to generate insights on production supply chain inventory management and overall business performance.
  • Facilitate and support the implementation of new systems and processes ensuring they meet business needs and improve operational outcomes.
  • Prepare and present business cases reports and dashboards to senior management highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed of industry trends competitive landscape and best practices.
  • Support strategic planning efforts by providing datadriven insights and scenario analysis.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Engineering or a related field. MBA or related certification CBAP or PMP is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies Lean Six Sigma etc.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and experience with ERP systems SAP Oracle SAGE Famous or etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in project management and leading crossfunctional teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes supply chain management and production planning is highly desirable.
