Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the company owner to create and execute a robust digital marketing strategy.

Develop and maintain a professional company website that showcases our projects and services.

Establish and manage social media profiles to engage with potential clients and industry partners.

Create compelling online content including blog posts newsletters and promotional materials.

Implement SEO best practices to increase online visibility and organic search rankings.

Utilize analytics tools to track performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers where necessary for specialized tasks (e.g. web design SEO).

Support the owner in daytoday administrative tasks related to digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience or a strong interest in digital marketing particularly within the construction or real estate sectors.

Basic understanding of web design principles and content management systems.

Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Energetic and creative mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Basic knowledge of SEO and willingness to stay updated with current online marketing trends.

Basic proficiency with analytics and data interpretation.

Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
