Health Safety and Environment Manager

Comprehensive understanding of health, safety and environment: In-depth knowledge of health, safety and environment management principles and practices, including local and international regulations and laws.

Policy development and management: Ability to develop and implement health, safety and environment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Risk assessment: Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of environmental, health and safety risks, and identify mitigation strategies for these risks.

Training preparation and implementation: Ability to design, deliver and oversee the implementation of safety and environmental awareness training programs for employees.

Incident management and investigations: Ability to handle emergency incidents, conduct investigations, provide accurate incident reports and recommend improvement actions.

Communication and coordination: Strong communication skills with different teams, stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure everyone adheres to standards and procedures.
