Job Description

One reason for our growth is the friendly support we provide to customers. For new customers the onboarding and their first experiences are crucial. Were looking for a positive and organised person who loves to coordinate and accompany the onboarding process.

Tasks

  • You will be the welcoming face (or voice) for new customers guiding them through their transition to Denteo. Youll organise data migration set up training and coordinate the onboarding process with internal teams and external parties to ensure a smooth start.
  • As the main point of contact during the first few weeks you will be there to answer any questions new customers might have whether its about switching software providers or getting started with Denteo.
  • You will keep an eye on the progress of every customers account setup ensuring they are ready for their start with Denteo. When needed youll provide simple clear guidance on next steps like configuring account settings.
  • Were always looking to improve and youll play a key role in that. By gathering feedback and observing how things are going youll help us find ways to make the onboarding experience even better for future customers.

Requirements

  • Highly organized even when juggling multiple tasks at once. Following up to make sure everything stays on track is something you genuinely enjoy.
  • Able to explain things clearly whether in writing or in conversation making technical details easy to understand.
  • Fluent in German and can comfortably communicate in French and English helping you connect with a our customers from Romandy.
  • Experienced in working across different teams whether its sales support operations or development. You know how to bring people together to get things done.
  • Comfortable with modern tools and excited to explore new technologies like AIdriven tools to make work more efficient.

We welcome diverse backgrounds and experiences. While theres no need for specific job titles or educational qualifications this role could be a great fit if youve worked in areas like executive assistance operations project management or similar and have experience in a startup or the SaaS industry.
