Job Description
- Become an expert on the Qualtrics XM Platform and related solutions
- Accountable to demonstrate extreme ownership for the daytoday management and administration of the Qualtrics XM platform and related solutions including but not limited to: monitoring security vulnerability remediation performance data protection and disaster recovery
- Identify and recommend solutions for improvements to Qualtrics XM Platform
- Work collaboratively to build relationships and recommend best practices and new technologies
- Work on complex technical programs both independently and/or collaboratively with an understanding of system architecture both up and downstream to minimize disruption when implementing/integrating new solutions
- Create establish and enforce security best practices
- Understand permission structure with AD/Okta Azure AD and Qualtrics access
- Act as subject matter expert for user questions about the digital product features and capabilities
- Drive user adoption and best practices by creating communications training documentation and launch plans
