Skills Requirements
Mandatory Skillset Java SQL P&C Insurance
Roles & Responsibilities:
Proficiency in Java and SQL for data manipulation and reconciliation.
Experience with web service resources.
Strong handson experience in the claims side of the insurance industry.
Proven track record in performing reconciliation activities.
Expertise in file handling and data patching techniques.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications/Skills: Experience with SSIS, SQL Server, SQL, relational database, etc.- 3 to 5 years - Required. Knowledge of the Property and casualty Insurance industry is a plus. Ability to recognize past issue patterns and apply them to the existing problem -resolution process. Initiative-taking, collaborator with the ability to work and mentor junior resources in different regions Ability to work with the other groups and lead the ETL solution. Excellent Analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills Experience with Azure - 0-2 years - good to have. Experience with Snowflake - 0-2 years - good to have. Comfortable working with complex ETL solutions and large data sets Organized with Strong written and Verbal communication skills. Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Agile Processes
