My client a dynamic financial institution and key partner in driving the Central Bank of Nigerias (CBN) financial inclusion strategy. My client is committed to providing innovative financial solutions that empower individuals and businesses across Nigeria.
The CIO will play a pivotal role in driving our technological evolution and ensuring the security stability and innovation of her digital banking ecosystem. They will lead the companys IT and technology teams aligning them with our strategic goals to ensure the companys continued success in the rapidly evolving fintech/banking landscape.
The Chief Information Officer reports to the CEO and oversees the IT function. The role maintains liaisons with Group Fintech Information Technology Team as and when required.

3. Job Requirements (Education Experience and Competencies)
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Leadership Experience:
Minimum of 15 years work experience with atleast 2 years at senior technology leadership role preferably within the fintech or banking sector.
Ideal candidate should be a forward thinking technology leader with a passion for driving financial inclusion and want to be a part of a dynamic fintech/bank start up.
