As a Junior/Senior Sales Associate you will be working with a diverse portfolio of highvalue properties and lead the pack in closing and creating real estate deals. You will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the trusting reputation we have created.


  • Carry out full sales deals that match company aims and market chances. Spot target markets set sales goals and make action plans to reach revenue targets.

  • Achieve performance targets engage in coaching and training and ensure you are in a constant state of personal development.

  • Use revenue boosting methods to increase sales get new clients and keep more customers. Be adaptable to ensure you hit revenue goals.

  • Study market trends customer needs and the competitive scene. Use insights to make choices based on data and change sales tactics as needed.

  • Create and keep strong ties with key clients and lenders. Meet client needs solve problems and make sure customers are satisfied.

  • Spot areas to make processes better for yourself and your team.



Requirements

  • At least 12 years in sales. Show proof of successfully closed deals.

  • Solid negotiating and people skills.

  • Skill to study market shifts and make choices based on data.

  • Great at talking and writing. Able to share ideas and connect well with clients key people and team members.

  • Handson with CRM systems and sales tools. At ease using tech to make sales work better and faster.

  • Great at breaking down problems and finding solutions. Can keep track of sales figures make sense of them and come up with smart plans.

  • Dedicated to giving topnotch service to customers and getting what they need.
