Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Planner to join our company. As a Financial Planner you will work directly with clients to help them understand their financial circumstances and achieve their shortterm and longterm financial objectives. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to individuals families and businesses

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze clients financial status including income expenses and liabilities
Develop and execute sound financial plans and strategies to help clients meet their goals
Provide advice on investments retirement planning risk management and tax planning
Coordinate estate planning and implement protection planning through insurance
Manage client relationships and cultivate new clients
Prepare financial policy and procedure documentation
Research and present investment strategies
Open transfer and manage client accounts
Generate and process paper and electronic documents
Identify financial process improvements
Stay updated on regulations practices and financial products

Requirements

  • Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships
  • Able to make 200 calls per day
  • Closing sales while simultaneously managing team members
  • Strong prospecting skills to continuously grow the client base
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks
  • Skilled in conducting thorough financial needs analyses for diverse client situations
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations to clients and prospects
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle client objections and close deals
