1 years of experience in a remote or local call center setting

Must use a Windowsbased computer

Must have hardwired internet

Must have wired USB headset

Quiet professional background for clear communication

Typing ability of 40 WPM or more

Intermediate level of computer knowledge

Must be able to speak professionally and with an outstanding tone.

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions

Must have active listening skills
