We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department and develop effective people strategies for our growing service organization. The HR Head will oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition employee relations compliance learning and development and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership to help shape and sustain a highperforming workforce that aligns with our company s goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
810 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the service industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws HR best practices and talent management.
Demonstrated success in leading HR initiatives that improve business outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

will need to have lead a team of 6 people and will need to here 10 to 15 people (including Internal hiring eventually).
Requirements
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HRrelated matters including workforce planning talent management and organizational development.
Drive organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth downsizing or restructuring.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Lead the recruitment process ensuring that the company attracts hires and retains top talent.
Oversee the development of talent pipelines and succession planning to ensure continuity in key roles.
Foster diversity and inclusion in hiring and employee engagement practices.
Performance Management:
Design and implement effective performance management systems to align individual goals with the company s objectives.
Develop programs to identify and develop highpotential employees ensuring they are adequately prepared for future leadership roles.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Promote a positive work environment by managing employee relations addressing grievances and ensuring fair treatment for all employees.
Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in a manner that aligns with company policies and legal standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
Lead compensation and benefits strategies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Oversee job evaluations salary bench marking and performancebased compensation structures.
Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement:
Champion initiatives to create a healthy organizational culture that supports the company s values and fosters engagement and productivity.
Measure employee satisfaction through surveys and other tools making recommendations to improve workplace morale and reduce turnover.
