Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud environments. This role requires a strong understanding of security compliance and data protection standards. Expertise in both frontend and backend technologies databases and middleware. As the role also involves Experience with microservices architecture RESTful APIs SOA and Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies (e.g. TOGAF Zachman).

Design & Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of endtoend solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop highlevel architectural specifications ensuring feasibility functionality and integration with existing systems/platforms.
- Create solution blueprints and detailed documentation for implementation teams.
Technology Evaluation & Selection:
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks tools and platforms that meet the business and technical needs of projects.
- Ensure that chosen technologies align with enterprise architecture standards and future scalability needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders project managers and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable architecture.
- Serve as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions ensuring alignment across all project phases.
Integration & Implementation:
- Oversee the integration of new systems platforms and tools with existing infrastructure ensuring seamless functionality.
- Guide development and engineering teams through the implementation process providing architectural oversight and technical guidance.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks and ensure that solutions comply with industry regulations data privacy standards and security protocols.
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex scalable and secure solutions.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- A Master s degree or professional certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect TOGAF Certified) is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor development teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
