Your Role

We are hiring a motivated Content Development Specialist to create and update content for the ACE Certification Program PSC University and our website platforms. This is a remote position.

• Create and update technical training courses to support our PSC University development and ACE Certification programs.
  
• Content creation includes user guides training manuals videos online tutorials scripts social media posts etc.
  
• Interface and collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to create high quality technical content.
  
• Assist with our ACE Certification account management and content creation. Provide demo configurations for customers.
  
• Support clients in ensuring accounts are properly set up and maintained.
  
• Ensure that content is accurate uptodate and effective in conveying complex technical information to a userfriendly learning/training program.
  
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of content creation processes and best practices.
  
• Ensure and adhere to company and industry quality standards and regulations.
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of PSC Software products and be able to effectively communicate their technical features and benefits to prospective clients during sales demos.
  
• Additional responsibilities as required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in relevant field.
  
• 13 years of experience in content development including training courses.
  
• Strong technical writing skills.
  
• Ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and subject matter experts.
  
• Experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus.
  
• Experience with video editing and video production is a plus.
  
• Marketing experience required
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Ability to portray complex technical information in a userfriendly manner.
  
• Flexible and adaptable. Strong drive to learn and succeed.
  
• Background in life sciences or whitepapers is a plus
