Your Role
We are hiring a Technical Sourcer to support our recruitment processes and efforts. You will play a crucial role in identifying engaging and attracting toptier talent in the life sciences sector. This is a remote position supporting 8pm 5am Monday through Friday.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including Boolean searches online databases networking LinkedIn and social media to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with potential candidates through personalized and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Assist in scheduling initial interviews with candidates and the recruitment team for active hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and preferences.
- Provide regular updates on the status of candidate pipelines and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Track and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions feedback and sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.
- Stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscapes and talent market dynamics within the life sciences sector.
- Assist with additional admin and coordination tasks to support the overall success of the recruitment team.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Must be able to support working hours of 12:00 AM 9:00 AM Philippine Time Monday Friday.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools social media platforms and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding target goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite especially Microsoft Excel.
- Background and experience in the life science industry (pharma engineering manufacturing biotech etc.) is a plus.
- Passionate about connecting exceptional talent with opportunities in the life sciences industry.
