Job Responsibilities:

• As an expert in the companys component test products or solutions provides responsive and indepth pre and postsales technical support including measurement application and configuration. Applications include active/passive component tests compliance tests impedance analysis and material measurement.
• Understand and resolve customers technical inquiries via remote channels such as phone email portal etc.
• Performs research which may include replicating customers issue in the lab and/or working with R&D to find resolution.
• Delivers startup assistance or solution implementation to the customer via remote means.
• Qualifies and refers sales opportunities for hardware software and services to the Sales team.
• Creates and contributes technical articles to the companys knowledge base.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential due to the need to support the Greater China business.
• Bachelors/Master/Dr. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 8 Years Experience in using Test & Measurement instruments for Component Test such as Vector Network Analyzer and impedance tester. Excellent understanding in microwave component test compliance test and impedance analysis and material measurements.
• Strong communication skills and possesses the ability to interact with a wide variety of people and able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.
• Possesses a customerfirst mindset with the passion to serve customers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
