What do we do We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing longhauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers switching among each other we are improving the standard of trucking.

We are currently looking for a Customer Success a strategic role that will be the point of contact of our key clients responsible for ensuring that we meet client expectations.
We are interested in talented individuals with a high level of motivation ambition and sense of responsibility that will create from scratch a new role in the company Customer Success acting as a bridge between operations and our commercial team.
Establish recurring meetings with our clients to understand their needs and our performance;
Measure our operational KPIs and NPS to identify improvements to increase customer satisfaction
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders identify problems and solutions.
Guarantee alignment between the sales offer and the operational setup for our clients.
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions to their transport needs.
Give feedback to the rest of the operations team so we ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Experience in Customer success role in a FTL trucking company
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Having another complementary language (e.g.German French etc.) would be desirable although its not necessary
Having worked in other startups or anything related with innovation would be desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels .
Ability in problemsolving and negotiation.
