Lead Developer mfd B2B Enterprise Software

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer to join the team of our enterprise software client in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development with additional frontend experience. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust scalable solutions for our enterprise software ensuring compliance with ISO27001 standards and managing both cloud and onpremises infrastructure. This is a key leadership role that will involve overseeing the technical direction of projects mentoring team members and contributing to the architecture of our SaaS platform.

Tasks

• Backend Development: Lead the development of highperformance backend systems using TypeScript Node.js and NestJS with a focus on security scalability and efficiency.
• SaaS Database Management: Design and implement a true SaaS database schema models and APIs for data retrieval creation and updates of a Postgres database system ensuring security scalability and performance.
• Frontend Development: Collaborate with dedicated Frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between the Backend and the TypeScript/Next.js Frontend services.
• Enterprise Software: Drive the development and maintenance of enterprise software ensuring it meets the needs of largescale businesses in Germany.
• ISO27001 Compliance: Ensure all development processes and software adhere to ISO27001 requirements focusing on information security management.
• Selfmanaged OnPremise & Cloud: Selfmanage and maintain systems on onpremise servers and (potentially) move components into a new Cloud environment ensuring reliable and secure infrastructure.
• Data Engineering: Apply your knowledge of data engineering to enhance our data models and improve data processing and analysis capabilities.

Requirements

• Fullstack Experience: Extensive experience in Backend development with additional Frontend experience.
• Enterprise Software: Proven experience working on enterprise software solutions preferably in the German market.
• ISO27001: Deep understanding of ISO27001 processes and requirements.
• Cloud & Selfmanaged: Handson experience with cloud and selfmanaged systems.
• Database Expertise: Strong expertise in managing and securing Postgres databases.
• Data Engineering: Ideally you have experience with data engineering
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding communication skill
• You are fluent in English and ideally also German
• You are not afraid to work handson get ready to do it all in the early stages of a venture!
• You are selfdriven ready to hustle every day (and night) and get things done
• Achiever mentality: You can show a track record of extraordinary accomplishments
