Tasks

We are JTX Fitness a B2C eCommerce brand selling our own range of home fitness equipment. Were looking for an experienced eCommerce leader to take over a small team running our website and marketing activity. Youll likely join during peak season (SeptFeb) so youll have lots of support available and youll really get to know our business and customers during this time. After peak youll have more capacity to implement new initiatives to drive growth this role comes with lots of autonomy and responsibility along with healthy budgets available and some lowhanging fruit in terms of activities that can help us grow.

Requirements

This role would suit any Head of eCommerce/eCommerce Manager who has already managed a team and helped grow a B2C eCommerce brand.

Youll need to be experienced in managing and developing your team helping them to deliver their best work and build up new skills.

We have a testfirst approach to all new activity so well want to hear about some successful pilots you have run and how you optimised spend in past roles.

This is an onsite role based in ShorehambySea with 1 day per week WFH.
