Role: Systems Analyst in Web Design & Development

Location: Mechanicsburg PA (onsite for first six weeks and then hybrid this is mandatory)

Duration: 6 month right to hire or with an extension

Interview Process: 12 rounds of video

Description

This position uses business and technical skills to analyze implement and support solutions to improve performance and efficiency for the appellate case management system and web applications. The System Analyst works with training and development staff to create and enhance user and technical documentation. It also develops and maintains functional and system specifications for new and existing functionality. This position is responsible for creating clear concise testable system requirements to define enduser needs in a manner understandable to the technical staff.

Job Duties

Validates application design collaborates with developers and secondlevel staff to test new functionality and reports issues to the developers.

Analyzes classifies and tracks detailed customer requirements and uses them during system and regression testing.

Works with developers to create detailed functional and technical specifications. Reviews screen form and report prototypes against defined requirements.

Performs analysis and testing tasks to ensure that functionality meets user needs and works with analysts to understand problems and issues thoroughly.

Participates in design as part of development/analyst team.

Validate data and provide metadata updates in support of application requirements working with County Customization.

Performs secondlevel support activities to monitor track and resolve issues. Conducts analysis for troubleshooting and resolution.

Assists in analyzing and maintaining usercustomizable values as well as in cleaning up and validating data.

Works with analysts developers and trainers to understand application enhancements to develop testing requirements.

Develops Use Case Scenarios and test Plans/Cases.

Minimum Qualifications

35 years of professional experience in system analysis
