SrQaQc Engineer

1. Quality Assurance:
   

   • Develop implement and maintain quality assurance protocols procedures and systems.
     
   • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
     
   • Identify and resolve quality issues by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
     
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate quality standards into processes and products.
     

2. Quality Control:
   

   • Oversee the QC process ensuring that products and services meet predefined quality standards.
     
   • Review and approve QC documentation including test plans inspection reports and certifications.
     
   • Monitor and report on QC performance metrics identifying areas for improvement.
     
   • Manage nonconformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
     

3. Team Leadership:
   

   • Lead mentor and develop a team of QA/QC engineers and technicians.
     
   • Provide training and guidance on QA/QC procedures tools and best practices.
     
   • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the team.
     

4. Documentation & Reporting:
   

   • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including procedures manuals and records.
     
   • Generate quality reports for management highlighting key quality metrics and trends.
     
   • Ensure all documentation is accurate uptodate and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
     

5. Regulatory Compliance:
   

   • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards regulations and certifications (e.g. ISO 9001 ASME ASTM etc.).
     
   • Stay updated on changes in quality regulations and standards that may impact the company.
     
   • Lead efforts to achieve and maintain certifications and regulatory approvals.
     

6. Continuous Improvement:
   

   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in QA/QC practices.
     
   • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma or Lean projects.
     
   • Implement best practices in quality management and control to enhance overall product quality.
