Production Technician

Job Title: Production Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production equipment including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance

Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency

Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment

Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies and materials

Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of production data

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

2 years of experience in a similar role

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment

Knowledge of production processes and procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Must be able to pass a preemployment drug test and background check
