Full time nanny for baby toddler in London W2

Kind warm and welcoming family is looking for a reliable and experienced sole charge nanny to join their family on a full time basis. Parents both work full time. They prefer a livein arrangement particularly during the weekdays (Monday through Thursday nights) with the option for the nanny to return home on weekends or stay with them whichever is more convenient for the nanny. The house is spacious ensuring your privacy and your working hours will be fully respected. However liveout is also possible provided you live within a short commute.

Childcare Responsibilities:

• Prioritise the Children s mental emotional and physical safety above all else.
  
• Prepare and feed meals snacks and bottles as per the familys instructions.
  
• Maintain the Children s personal hygiene and dress them appropriately.
  
• Ensure the children have healthy sleep habits.
  
• Take the children on walks and supervise outdoor activities including trips to the playground.
  
• Transport and assist the child with extracurricular activities such as music and swim classes.
  
• Organize playdates with similarlyaged children either through family friends or neighbours.
  
• Administer medication to the children only as directed by the family.
  
• Engage in developmentally appropriate activities both inside and outside the home.
  
• Provide a nurturing safe and educational environment for the children in line with the familys preferences.
  
• Offer suggestions on childrearing and care; the family values your input.
  

Household Duties:

• Keep the Children s bedrooms and other areas tidy.
  
• Wash baby bottles pacifiers and related items.
  
• Change linens in the Children s sleeping area as needed.
  
• Handle the Children s laundry.
  
• Run or unload the dishwasher.
  
• Restock the changing table and empty the diaper bin.
  
• Run occasional errands.
  
• Communicate with other household staff (cleaners or gardeners) as needed.
  

Communication with the Family:

• Maintain direct proactive and honest communication with the family at all times.
  
• Keep a daily digital log to record important details about the Children s welfare including medications meals nap times and a narrative of the day s activities.
  
• Notify the family if any household supplies are running low.
  
• Share pictures and/or videos of the child when convenient.
  
• Be adaptable recognising that duties may change as the child grows and the family s needs evolve.
