Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Senior Recruiter you will be instrumental in leading endtoend recruitment processes and managing a diverse range of positions within the Australian sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a selfdriven and experienced professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition to join our dedicated team.


Job Description:
  • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract highcaliber candidates with a focus on Australia and/or New Zealand industry talent pools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry networks and global clients.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Regularly analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and create reports.

Requirements

  • At least 35 years of recruitment experience preferably within the global market and agency industry.
  • Solid recruitment experience in D365 or Microsoft Ecosystem PowerPlatform M365 and similar.
  • Has a headhunter and sales mindset and a hunger for success.
  • Proven success in managing the endtoend recruitment process for D365 or Microsoft Ecosystem PowerPlatform M365 and similar.
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient proactive resourceful and passionate in finding the right candidates.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Job Details:

Setup and Location: Officebased/Hybrid/Remote (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga or Cebu)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime

All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.


Requirements 3+ yrs of strong IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in the US region. Strong command of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels. Must have strong knowledge on job boards like Dice & Monster Should be familiar with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.) & work authorizations. Should be familiar with IT resource market of North America region. Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn Strong communication & client interaction skills Experience in advanced sourcing techniques. Experience with Ceipal is a plus not mandatory.
