We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Customer Support Manager/Assistant to support one of our Sales managers. This role is crucial in ensuring the agents continued success by managing essential tasks.
The Customer Support Manager/Assistant will work closely with our topperforming sales agents to assist in daily tasks aimed at increasing sales performance. This position focuses on customer support and administrative tasks that are critical to the overall success of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Assist in evaluating and pricing leads to maximize conversion rates.
Follow up on leads to qualify and convert them into orders.
Resolve postsale customer service issues to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain communication with customers providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
Manage email communications responding to inquiries and providing accurate information.
Regularly update orders and collaborate with the dispatch team to secure carriers.
Encourage customer reviews postorder completion and monitor feedback.
Proactively prevent cancellations by keeping customers informed about their orders.
Work closely with the Sales Manager and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
