Gymnastics Coordinator

If you re passionate about gymnastics enjoy working with other gymnasts children and families and want to make a positive impact on the lives of others in our community join us as our new Gymnastics Coordinator. Wage is $20 an hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee elements of preschool and progressive gymnastics as well as parkour programs

Plan and manage Dahl (La Crosse) gymnastics facility events clinics and classes

Plan and coordinate special events

Assist in the hiring leading and training process for parttime parkour and gymnastics staff

Build relationships with all gymnastics and parkour participants and families

Work closely with the Gymnastics Director to provide quality gymnastics and parkour programming

Requirements

Must have experience with the sport of gymnastics

Knowledge of both recreational and competitive gymnastics

Willingness to obtain and maintain USA Gymnastics certification

Ability to lift equipment up to 70lbs and spot gymnasts up to 130 pounds

Knowledge and experience in all aspects of tumbling & apparatus work working with children and organizing classes

Experience in supervising and leading a team is preferred
