A team of serial entrepreneurs and asset management professionals is launching a new investment fund. The funds primary focus is on profitable Russian companies with high growth potential. In addition to the new fund our team manages two investment portfolios that include technology companies from the U.S. Europe and Russia.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate investment projects including conducting brief commercial and financial due diligence.
• Identify new investment opportunities.
• Prepare materials for review by the investment committee members.
• Present and defend projects before the investment committee.
• Actively participate in managing portfolio companies including involvement in supervisory boards and boards of directors.
• Collect and analyze data to assess current and potential investment projects.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics finance business or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in strategy business development or innovation departments of a large company.
• Ability to create and analyze financial models and evaluate businesses.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity ambition and a desire for professional growth.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Ability to effectively present and defend ideas to senior management.
• Proficiency in English.
