Requirements
Qualification: Post graduate in Commerce / Corporate Secretaryship. Additionally the candidate
should have stated experience of general administration of a large firm conducting board meetings
and drafting minutes. He should also have a good appreciation of legal issues and labour aspects.
Experience: Around 15 years and significant number of years in an organisation as an Administrative
Manager.
Age: Around 45 years
