Position: Commis Baker
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and production of all baked goods including bread pastries and desserts
Follow recipes and ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
Maintain a clean and organized work station following all sanitation and safety guidelines
Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to create new and innovative menu items
Adhere to all company and industry regulations and standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Commis Baker or similar role in a professional kitchen
Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating highquality baked goods
Ability to work well in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
