Job Title: Post Acure/Skilled Care Administrator

Salary: $101000 $136000 (depending on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Post Acute/Skilled Care Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Winchester TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration with a focus on postacute and skilled care services. This role requires a leader who is committed to ensuring the highest standards of care regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the skilled nursing facility ensuring the delivery of highquality care to all residents.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations including maintaining current licensure and certification standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident safety dignity and wellbeing.
- Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team including hiring training and evaluating staff performance.
- Collaborate with medical staff families and residents to create individualized care plans that meet each residents needs.
- Monitor and manage the facilitys budget including staffing supplies and equipment to ensure financial sustainability.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Engage with residents and their families to address concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction with care and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives using data and feedback to enhance facility operations and resident care.
- Maintain strong relationships with community partners regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
MustHaves:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in healthcare administration business administration or a related field.
- Certifications: AHABasic Life Support certification.
- Licensure: Current and active Nursing Home Administrators license for the State of Tennessee.

- Education: Masters degree in healthcare administration health concentration or a related field.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare environment.
