Med Surg RNs-Registered Nurses Needed-Oklahoma

Permanent RN Day and/or Night Shifts

We are seeking experienced Med Surg RNsRegistered Nurses to join our team in Lawton OK. As a Med Surg RN you will provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. This is a fulltime permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Monitor and record patients vital signs and medical history

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care for patients

Educate patients and their families on their condition and treatment plan

Ensure patients safety and comfort at all times

Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing

BLS and ACLS certifications

BSN preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
