Business Development Manager - Rice Mill And Food Processing Industry

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager Rice Mill and Food Processing Industry for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc BE/ Diploma Mechanical or Electrical.
• Experience : 34 Years in sales selling capital goods and projectrelated accessories
• Willing to travel 1520 days in Month with selfmotivation to generate inquiry and regular followup with the market.
• Should be a quick learner.
• Should be able to handle independent charges with Customers suppliers and any other agencies.
• Should be openminded willing to take up new challenges such as new product sales New markets and development and ready to work with diversified activities based on market needs.
• Should be targetoriented to achieve the company goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Language: Sinhalese and English Tamil ( Optional )
• Age: Around 30 years

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels including networking market research and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends competitive landscape and potential areas for expansion.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving business development strategies and processes.
