Butler Assistant

Position: Butler Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Butler in providing exceptional service to guests including serving meals arranging activities and fulfilling special requests

Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times

Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of guest cabins and public areas

Assist with the preparation and serving of meals including setting and clearing tables

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and seamless guest experience

Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner

Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Adhere to company policies and procedures including safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury hospitality or cruise environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment

Flexibility to work long hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Fluent in English additional languages are a plus

Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
