Job Title: Bookkeeper and Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location:
Remote (MST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

The Bookkeeper / Accounts Receivable role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient management of accounts receivable processes. This role involves handling bookkeeping tasks managing payroll overseeing recurring payments and generating financial reports for management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and proficiency in using QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Payroll Management: Record labor hours and manage payroll processing.
  • Accounts Receivable: Oversee accounts receivable processes including collections and managing all recurring payments.
  • Reporting: Generate and deliver financial reports for management review.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all financial data is accurate and wellorganized.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and managing accounts receivable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to generate accurate financial reports.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with management.
