Job Purpose: The Administrative Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the office. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented organized and capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling correspondence and filing.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update office records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and documents as required.
- Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks including data entry in Excel and QuickBooks.
- Ensure the office is wellmaintained including managing supplies and equipment.
- Work closely with other team members to support companywide initiatives and projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Business Administration Office Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Skills:
- Computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.

- Detailoriented and highly organized.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong customer service orientation is an added advantage.
