SAP Payroll Architect

The SAP Payroll Architect designs and implements SAP Payroll solutions to meet business needs requiring deep SAP HCM Payroll expertise strong project management and collaboration skills. The role involves working closely with HR IT and business teams to drive payroll initiatives and ensure compliance with global payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecting SAP Payroll: Design scalable SAP Payroll solutions that support business goals and compliance.
• Project Leadership: Lead payroll projects ensuring ontime and withinbudget delivery.
• System Configuration: Customize SAP Payroll components (PCC Time Management Payroll schema) to meet business needs.
• Integration: Manage integrations with SAP modules and thirdparty systems for efficient data flow.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure payroll compliance with legal requirements and manage system security.
• Testing & QA: Develop and execute testing strategies for system validation.
• Documentation: Create documentation for payroll processes and customizations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR Finance IT and vendors to address payroll needs.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve payroll issues to prevent disruptions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP Payroll innovations and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong SAP Payroll experience (ECC or S/4HANA) including PCC and payroll schema; Time Management and SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.
• Project Management: Experience leading SAP Payroll projects including scoping and resource allocation.
• Integration: Knowledge of integrating SAP Payroll with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
• Compliance: Understanding of global payroll regulations and multicountry payroll configuration.
• Problem Solving & Communication: Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
• Documentation: Experience in creating technical and functional documentation.

Education & Certification:

• Bachelors degree in IT HR or related field.
• SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.

Experience:

• 8 years in SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll architecture.
• Global payroll experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cloudbased SAP solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors).
• Familiarity with HR service delivery models.
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Jira).
