On-Call Scheduling Coordinator Healthcare Staffing Agency WFH

HealthOPM is looking for an After Hours Scheduling Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing schedule planning support by matching agency field personnel to service client needs with speed. You will be expected to provide after hours support during the evening overnight and on weekends. This part time role will be fully remote.

Please see the schedule below. (Note: not every hour will be busy if you are interested in more shifts we may be able to accommodate)

Mondays: 4pm 11pm

Sundays: 7a 11pm

Compensation:

The oncall role is structured differently from a standard hourly position. The flat fee compensation model is designed to reflect the nature of the work where you are not required to be actively working during every hour of your oncall shift.

In this role the flat fee is intended to provide fair compensation for the availability and readiness required during these periods even though the actual workload may vary. This model ensures that you are compensated for your time oncall without needing to account for specific hours worked which may not be consistent daytoday.

At the moment we have an opportunity for an after hours and weekend scheduling coordinator starting ASAP. This position will be fully remote however you will be required to attend paid training and orientation at our Burlington ON office. Note this position will require you to be available to work on statutory holidays.

Effective coordination is an important element of service delivery; as a result you are expected to have strong problemsolving skills to successfully balance the pressures to deliver on scheduling requirements quickly.
