As we continue to grow we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Platform Support Representative who speaks Bulgarian fluently to join our team in Sofia. Role Overview:

As a Platform Support Representative your primary role will be to assist customers through chat and email with occasional support via phone. You will address platformrelated inquiries provide technical assistance and ensure users have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Working onsite in our Sofia office you will be a key player in our customer support team helping to maintain our reputation for excellence in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via chat email and occasionally phone ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Assistance: Assist customers with technical issues related to our platform offering clear and concise guidance to resolve their concerns.
  • Platform Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our platform services and features to provide accurate information and support to users.
  • Communication: Maintain clear professional and friendly communication with customers to foster positive relationships.
  • Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system including inquiries feedback and resolutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Identify common issues and provide feedback to the development team to help improve the platform and user experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the support team and other departments to ensure consistent and comprehensive service.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures including data protection and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Bulgarian (both written and spoken) and proficient in English for internal communication.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support preferably in a tech or platform support environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • ProblemSolving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and think critically to provide effective solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital tools and platforms; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Interest in Sports: A genuine interest in sports is a plus helping to better connect with our customer base.
