Job Description

Position Summary
This role oversees a team of Case Managers in our Community Support Services (CSS). Responsibilities include supervising coaching and managing the team implementing improvements monitoring operational efficiency handling daily problemsolving and performing administrative duties for the CSS case management team. The Supervisor is involved in both short and longterm planning to effectively direct departmental activities through subordinate management staff.


Job Duties
  • Ensure compliance for both oneself and reporting employees.
  • Provide leadership in program management decisionmaking problemsolving and the development of unit procedures and records.
  • Manage employee performance including training and conflict resolution.
  • Foster an ethical nondiscriminatory and safe work environment.
  • Approve timesheets and ensure proper scheduling including timeoff requests.
  • Evaluate performance and assist in the development of goals and objectives for staff.
  • Adhere to agency policies and procedures as well as the Agency/NASW Code of Ethics.
Requirements
Must be a Licensed LCSW in the state of New Jersey
Minimum 1 year of experience
Supervisory experience is a plus
