Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Execute all financial reporting activities including the preparation of financial statements regulatory filings and tax compliance. Ensure adherence to relevant accounting principles and standards.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital identify potential risks and ensure sufficient liquidity to support CleanHubs operations and growth initiatives.
  • Execute all financial accounting activities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans budgets and forecasts in alignment with CleanHubs business objectives. Conduct regular financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the management team for informed decisionmaking.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Budget Control and Cost Optimization: Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budget guidelines. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements across various departments.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present financial performance forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors investors and other stakeholders.

Human Resources (HR):

  • Preparatory Payroll: Collecting and reviewing time and attendance data calculating and preparing payroll ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Employee support: Supporting the recruitment of new employees managing personnel files organizing
  • HR compliance: Ensuring compliance with all labor law regulations and internal HR guidelines.

Administration:

  • General administration: overseeing and managing daily office operations ensuring smooth running of operations.
  • Document management: Managing and organizing company documents ensuring proper filing and archiving.
  • Management support: providing administrative support to the management coordinating appointments and meetings.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPA CFA) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Proven track record of in the past 45 years in progressively responsible financial management roles
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles accounting standards budgeting and forecasting. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis modeling and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skill a passion for metrics and figures and the ability to get into the details while also seeing and understanding the big picture
  • Strong orientation to systems and processes improvement and very good data analysis skills
  • Expert in spreadsheet software for business models (Excel Google Sheets)
  • Knowledge in especially the Gsuite and experience with accounting and HR software (preferably Factorial but any HR tool experience is helpful).
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex financial challenges and make datadriven decisions.
  • Integrity and Ethics: High level of integrity ethical conduct and a commitment to promoting transparency and compliance within the organization.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to present financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders clearly.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
