Job Title: Remote Call Center Auditor
Location: Columbia, SC
Pay Rate: $24/hr
About the role: The Remote Call Center Auditor is responsible for auditing cases, profiles, and calls in accordance with Critical to Quality tasks outlined by the SC DHHS project and the SC DHHS Project Management team. The Auditor will provide their feedback of their findings and Work closely with Quality Supervisor and Quality Management as well with the Quality Control (QA) teams to meet and exceed customer and in house quality expectations.


Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years of call center experience- Required
• 1+ years of call center QA experience- Required
• Knowledge of root analysis- Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite apps- Required
• Experience with Medical Records Review
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, presentation, organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Perform Inspections, Audits and Testing for QA.
• Meet established metrics by the Management team.
• Compile and analyze data to identify trends.
• Recommend corrective actions based on audit findings.
• Communicate quality audit findings.
• Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma (preferred but not required)
• Help enforce quality assurance standards through different projects.
• Help motivate the “quality is everyone’s responsibility” mentality.
• Work on continuous improvement events, when needed- “Kaizen.”
• Work together with SC DHHS Project Management team to ensure excellent product delivery.
