This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company’s core systems are aligned with business objectives, optimized for performance, and scalable for future growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP and CRM management, with a proven track record of successful implementations, integrations, and continuous improvements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and CRM platforms. Strong technical background in ERP and CRM integrations, with a solid understanding of Application Programming Interface (API) management and data architecture. Proven track record of leading successful ERP/CRM implementations and system enhancements. Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex IT projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. May occasionally require after-hours work to meet project deadlines or resolve critical issues. ResponsibilitiesERP System Management (Odoo):Oversee the full lifecycle management of the Odoo ERP system, including configuration, customization, upgrades, and maintenance. Ensure the ERP system is aligned with the company’s business processes and goals, making recommendations for enhancements as needed. Lead the implementation of new modules, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes. Monitor system performance and manage any technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. CRM ManagementManage the CRM system to support the company’s customer success strategies. Customize and optimize CRM workflows to improve customer success engagement. Integrate the CRM with other business applications, ensuring a unified approach to data management and customer insights. Train and support end-users to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness across the organization. Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights that drive customer-centric decision-making. Application IntegrationLead the integration of various business applications with the ERP system, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency. Develop and manage APIs and other integration tools to facilitate seamless communication between systems. Work closely with third-party vendors and internal teams to manage integrations, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards. Continuously monitor and improve integration processes, ensuring they remain robust and scalable. Project ManagementLead ERP and CRM projects from conception through implementation, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes, aligning technology initiatives with business goals. Process Improvement & InnovationIdentify opportunities to streamline business processes through better use of ERP, CRM, and integrated applications. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the company’s technology landscape evolves to meet future demands. Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track system performance, user adoption, and business impact. Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of ERP, CRM, and integration projects.
