Job Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the preconstruction preparation and strategy of all projects including:

• Estimating
• Scheduling
• Budgeting
• Project Conditions
• Staffing & Productivity

The successful candidates responsibilities span a broad spectrum including but not limited to:

• Client Satisfaction
• Project Planning and Preconstruction
• Cost Time and Quality Management
• Contract Administration
• Organizational Development and Growth
• Building and Maintaining the Subcontractor Base

This position involves working directly with the executive team of the company as well as project managers and superintendents. You will be a collaborative partner in maintaining relationships with our clients and subcontractors. We require excellent communication skills for this position.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have 10 years of experience in wood frame construction estimating engineering or architecture.
• Have experience in the multifamily construction industry preferably also with tax credit housing.
• Have experience in designbuild delivery systems.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive outcomes with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Have an indepth understanding of construction trades and building systems documentation processes operations and industry knowledge.
• Have solid budgeting and financial experience.
• Possess strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Project Excel and Word.
• Be detailoriented with a passion for building knowledge.
