Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple automation projects from inception to completion.
  
• Develop and design electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
  
• Write and implement Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) code.
  
• Mentor and oversee junior technicians.
  
• Wire and assemble electrical panels.
  
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of new machines.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Robotic Automation Electrical Engineering ElectroMechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• At least five years of experience in robotic automation and motion control programming.
  
• Minimum of five years working with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
  
• Over one year of experience creating electrical schematics with AutoCAD.
  
• Proven track record of reliability and solid work history.
  
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder.
  
• Ability to reside within a 45minute commute from Wausau Wisconsin.
