JOB OVERVIEW:
The Housekeeping Supervisor at YellowDoor Apartments oversees the housekeeping team to ensure high
standards of cleanliness and order are maintained throughout the property. This role involves managing
housekeeping staff inspecting rooms and ensuring guest satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising and training housekeeping staff.
- Conducting inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and room linens.
- Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues related to housekeeping.
- Coordinating with maintenance for repairs and room readiness.
- Develop and oversee the roaster schedule for the housekeeping team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Sc in Hospitality management Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a housekeeping supervisor role.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning products.
- Familiarity with the Google Drive ecosystem (Sheets Docs Slack etc.)
- Professional proficiency in English language.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
